Return Policy

RETURNS

The Buyer shall have the right to cancel any Order for Goods only if the Seller has failed to deliver the Goods ordered within 28 days after the date of the Order Notice of the wish to cancel must be made by email to info@flamingoprint.ie

In the case of Faulty Goods the Buyer should inform the Seller at the earliest opportunity after the Buyer has discovered the fault or defect no later than 3 days.

In the case of Damaged Goods the Buyer should inform the Seller at the earliest opportunity after the Buyer has discovered the damage no later than 1 day.

If the Buyer reports faulty or damaged Goods in accordance with 7.c. and 7.d. above the Seller will require the Buyer to return the Goods or, at the Sellers discretion, may require the Buyer to send photographic evidence of the issue and will, following receipt and at it's sole discretion the Seller may reprint all or part of the order free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Office 3, North Park Unit 1, North Rd, Dublin 11, D11 E6C3, Ireland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
